OZSALE will be closing its sites and operations on the 27th January 2026.

Important info:

1. If you have an active credit note, please make sure to use it by the 27th January 2026.

2. After this date, any unused credit will sadly expire and won’t be redeemable. Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be refunded in cash.

3. From 15th November 2025, all new purchases will be covered by a no change-of-mind return policy.

Don’t worry we’ll still look after you if something arrives faulty or damaged, but exchanges for size, colour or preference won’t be possible after this date.

If you need to return a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with our Customer Service team before the 27th of January 2026 via pr@mysale.com so we can make sure you’re refunded promptly.
